History Right to Life of Portage County Right to Life of Portage County was started in 1976 by interested citizens. Our goal is to protect innocent human life from conception to natural death. We seek to accomplish this goal by educating the public on the life issues. These include the issues of abortion, stem cell research, euthanasia, and assisted suicide. Speakers and audio-visual materials on these topics are available free of charge. Length and content of presentations can be adapted to your audience, whether it be school, church, civic, youth or other adult groups. We will be happy to discuss our presentation with you prior to scheduling an event. Some specific topics include: Roe v. Wade's Days Are Numbered Abortion Polls: What Does the Public Really Think? Pro-Choice Slogans: Clever, but Deceitful Stem Cell Research: Controversial and Non-Controversial Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide: Current Problems in the United States. For more information, or to schedule presentations, call our President, Raymond J. Adamek at (330) 673-5038.
