The contest is open to high school juniors and seniors, and a new Novice Contest will be held for high school freshmen and sophomores. Students must write and present an original 5-7 minute pro-life speech on abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, or stem cell research. Students must video record the speech and submit the video and written copy of the speech to the Federation by Monday, April 16, 2018. The grand prize in the Junior/Senior contest is an expense-paid trip to Kansas June 28-30, 2018 to represent Pennsylvania in the National Pro-Life Oratory Contest. Cash prizes also will be awarded to all other winners.
