The Right to Life of every human being upon which all other rights are contingent.
It is scientifically incontrovertible fact that a human person exists from the moment of fertilization in the mother's womb and does not receive another cell from his mother's body. He or she is genetically complete, unique, and cannot be duplicated. All of the characteristics that person will have as an adult are already determined, including eye color, skin pigmentation, sex and intelligence potential. With nourishment and time, the new individual life will develop from the instant of fertilization through childhood, adolescence, maturity, and old age, to natural death. The Declaration of Independence states: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness." The term "all men" has always meant "all human beings" and it is a biological fact that an embryo from a human being is a human being. The debate is, "When are men/human beings created?" Biology says from the moment of fertilization. Is it greed, arrogance, or ignorance that keeps some people from following such simple logic? REPRESENTATIVE HAS AN OBLIGATION TO SUPPORT THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
