History Histoy of the Greene County PHL The Greene County PHL was founded as a local chapter of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation in 2006. The chapter's first public meeting was held at the Bowlby Public Library that year, following several organizational meetings at Beulah Baptist Church in Graysville. The acting President at the time was Edna Vogle. Special thanks to Pastor Harry Hill and the congregation at Beulah Baptist Church for their invaluable support in founding the Greene County PHL! Later in 2006 Kathy Webster became President of the executive board and the chapter got immediately to work on planning how it might aid the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Greene County, and plan other public events at which to educate the people of Greene County about the sanctity of human life. Since 2007, the chapter has been a guest on WANB Radio, has been featured in the newspaper GreeneSpeak, has had a pro-life educational booth at the Greene County Fair, had a booth at Rain Day in 2008, has developed this website, and accomplished a number of other things towards the end of 'Changing Hearts & Saving Lives in Greene County!' Thank you for visiting our website! Please contact us if you would like to learn more about or get involved with our pro-life work! There is MUCH to be done!
