MEMORIAL CROSSES FOR THE BABIES
We are very happy to report, that our memorial crosses were put up at several locales recently at: Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (Austintown) by Knights of Columbus Council #3930; at Watt & E. Wood St (near Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica downtown); and at Rayen and North Avenue (on the property of Union Baptist Church - thank you Pastor Michael Harrison).

Our special thanks to Fr. Gregory Fedor, pastor of Immaculate Heart of Mary, and Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio, pastor of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, who provided a beautiful sign HUMAN LIFE WITHIN THE WOMB IS SACRED to accompany the crosses.

And a special thank you to Rev. Lubomir Zhybak, pastor of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, who put up the 40 DAYS FOR LIFE sign: PRAY TO END ABORTION (40 Days for Life is an international Pro-Life movement of the Christian lay people.)

A sincere thank you to all these pastors for their ongoing pro-life support. Our crosses have been put into storage for Winter. Please call (330)799-6160 in March if you’d like to display them, so we can get an early start for Spring. Thank you!!

Sanctuary City For The Unborn
The following statement may be attributed to Allie Frazier, Director of Communications at Ohio Right to Life: ORTL applauds the Lebanon City Council for taking a bold stand to protect the most vulnerable in their community. Through this vote, the people of Lebanon have made their voices abundantly clear: Planned Parenthood isn’t welcome in our city. Lebanon’s commitment to life demonstrates what we already know: OHIO IS PRO-LIFE. The victimization of women and children through abortion has no place in our communities.

It is our sincere hope that more cities across Ohio will follow the lead of our Pro-life friends in Lebanon and make their communities safe places for unborn babies and women in crisis. Pro-life Ohio will continue to work tirelessly to make abortion not just illegal but unthinkable across our great state.

The book What’s an Abortion, Anyway? is aimed at children under the age of 13!

New Children’s Book Proselytizes AbortionCreators of a new children’s book have raised more than $20,000 online to publish their project. The title? What’s an Abortion, Anyway? The book is aimed at children under the age of 13. Creators say they also plan to send 300 copies to libraries across the country. “We believe in building a world for kids and adults where abortion is normalized as another outcome of pregnancy,” reads the fundraising site. But this raises an important question. If abortion is “just another outcome of pregnancy,” why does it require a $20,000 effort to “normalize” it? How normal can something be if it takes a fundraising and propaganda effort just to convince the world how normal it is? Here’s one thing this sad campaign gets right: it is incredibly important what we teach our children. Very young kids don't need to know what abortion is until parents feel that they are ready. But it's never too early to teach out kids that each person, no matter how small, was created on purpose by a good God and therefore has an inherent dignity no one can, or should, ever steal.
